Jubilee Campaign Becoming a Charity

In the past, pressure groups like Jubilee Campaign couldn’t become charities, but recent changes in the law have lifted this ban, and we have taken up this opportunity to apply for charitable status.
WHAT THE CHANGES MEAN
- Danny Smith will lead Jubilee Campaign.
- Jubilee Campaign will continue strategic partnerships with Fr Shay Cullen’s Preda Foundation in the Philippines, and with Rev K. K. Devaraj’s Bombay Teen Challenge in India to help Children at Risk.
- Jubilee Campaign will operate a memorial fund for Jessica Smith with charitable tributes in India, the Philippines and Zimbabwe.
- Make sure your support is sent directly to Jubilee Campaign at our new address.
1. Update your records.
Make sure you have our correct contact details. Please only use this new address for Danny Smith and Jubilee Campaign.
2. Confirm your address details with Jubilee Campaign.
If you did not get (this) our Special Edition of Just Right personally by post but saw it at a friend’s house, at church, or on-line, it is because we have a temporary problem with our database – please contact us immediately and send us your full address details.
3. Sign a new Gift Aid form for Jubilee Campaign.
Only these new Campaign Gift Aid forms are valid. We are unable to use any other Gift Aid forms that you may have signed in the past.
4. Make sure donations go directly to Jubilee Campaign.
If not please fill in a new Standing Order form made out to Jubilee Campaign and post it to us at our new address. Only funds sent directly to Jubilee Campaign can be used by us. We need your regular support. Use the freepost envelope enclosed.
5. A Free Book/CD to say Thanks.
To express our appreciation for doing any one of the above we will send you a free copy of a book/CD. Just let us know – Email joan@jubileecampaign.co.uk
